✧Basic TOS✧

-By purchasing a commission you are agreeing to my Basic Terms and conditions as well as any other corresponding TOS-I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.-Payments will be done through Kofi-My work cannot be used for AI Generators or NFT’s-If no work has been started you may receive a full refund, If I have updated you on any progress made, a refund may not be made. I may, however, give a 100% refund if I am unable to complete your commission for any reason.-I will work to deliver the commission as soon as possible and notify you if there are any delays, if you need the commission by a specific date/time constraint please specify that to me, with the chance of additional fees.-If you have a deadline/time constraints, you must tell me before paying. I will work to deliver the commission as soon as possible and notify you if there are any delays. Date/Time constraints may result in additional fees-You may not use my art for profit unless you buy it for commercial use.-You may not resell my art without my permission.
This includes things such as using it for stickers or apparel. If you would like to commission me specifically for merchandise-You cannot trace, alter my art or claim it as your own.-I as the artist retain all copyright of the art and may use or post the art as I wish.-You can use it for personal or public use, but you must credit me with public use.-All Rights Reserved.-Artist TOS is subject to change at any point.

✧Adoptable/Character TOS✧

-By purchasing a commission you are agreeing to my Basic Terms and conditions as well as any other corresponding TOS-Payment will be done via Kofi (meaning no trades, art, etc.)-gender/sex/story/etc. is up to you!-Do not claim as your own original design, credit me as the creator-let me know if ownership is transferred of the adoptable/ character design-you understand that you may never copy or reproduce my characters/designs. fair use inspirations such as "twins/clones" may be allowed for story/roleplay purposes only but must not be sold/traded/transferred OR repurposed with intent to sell/trade/transfer under any circumstances.Custom Character Design specific TOS-During early stages of commission edits can be requested
-Additional fees may be added depending on the complexity of the character

-Must be credited for the design
-you understand that if you make (or have made) alterations, modifications, and remixes of your character/art, it must fall under 'fair use.' if a new design is based on my work, however transformatively, i must still be properly attributed as the initial creator.Adoptable specific TOS- Please comment to claim first (if flat sale), First come first served.
-No holds/e-checks/payment plans-- payment must be sent within 24 hours or the adopt will be re-opened
-I will not do edits. you can make any edits as long as the original adopt is still recognizable
- Please do not claim it if you don't have the funds.
-DO NOT Claim if you cannot pay within the given hold time.
- Can be resold to another person but the price must be lower than the auction you bought from the artist. (Unless there is extra art that comes with the character)

✧Prices✧

All prices are base prices, the prince can raise with complexity, props, ect.Adding additional characters multiplies price by how many you add.- Example: 1 Regular full-body with one character is 50$,
while 1 Regular full-body doodle page with two characters is $100.
